NCC will
forward a copy of the selected security guard’s personal
history to the police force for a more reliable assessment
of criminal records presence, if there is any. If nothing
is discovered, we will forward a copy to the hiring client.
2.
We will also send our
client the assigned security guard’s copies of personal
documents for record such as photos, Identification Card,
House Registration Certificate, and address accordingly.
3.
The limitation of security
guard’s responsibility must be clearly stated in the contract,
accepted by the insurance company-in-charge and /or approved
by the representing bank.
